Hypnobirthing Instructor Lynne Gavin Nelson has a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Bachelor’s degree from Cal State San Bernardino and is an elementary school teacher as well as a Hypnobirthing Instructor. She discovered her passion for pregnancy and childbirth when she birthed her first daughter naturally in 2003. She loves helping mommies find their way towards birthing their babies with knowledge, safety, and freedom from fear. When Lynne birthed her daughter, Gracie Mae, at Ancient Paths Midwifery in November 2012 using HypnoBirthing techniques, she knew she wanted to take her passion a step further and become certified HypnoBirthing practitioner.
About HypnoBirthing®
HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing. This amazing program teaches you, along with your birthing companion, the art and joy of experiencing birth in a more comfortable manner. You will learn how to call upon your body’s own natural relaxant and thus lessen, or even eliminate, discomfort and the need for medication. When a woman is properly prepared for childbirth and when mind and body are in harmony, Nature is free to function in the same well-designed manner that it does with all animal mothers in Nature.
HypnoBirthing classes are designed to teach deep relaxation and breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, visualization, affirmations, and education that will give parents the tools they need to achieve the birth they desire. Classes are taught in 5, 2 hour sessions.
Just Breathe Childbirth Education sets out to help parents get the most out of the birthing experience and make choices that are right for their own preferences. Lynne Nelson, HypnoBirthing practitioner, will help mothers to trust their own natural birthing instincts.
